Hi my name is Juliet! I am originally from New Jersey but recently moved to Colorado. I have always been interested in the outdoors ever since I was a young kid. It always interested me and I always found fun and creative ways to have fun. So, when I moved into high school I wanted to find a club that highlighted my interest in the outdoors and fortunately I found it!
The club is called River Watch and it is all about testing the river for different things such as pH, the hardness of the water, alkalinity, and many more. I find it to be very fun and it is helping the outdoors as well. I am also interested in photography and am mainly interested in photographing landscape and animals. I have learned a lot about how our ecosystem is suffering from what I have captured in my photos. I have also captured how beautiful this earth is and have learned how we should preserve all that we can before it is all gone.
This got me thinking about how much we rely on the environment as a whole for everything. Also, that the environment is slowly dying and I was extremely shocked by this. So, I have created this blog to learn more and to share all ways we can help the environment. Ways that us humans are tearing the environment apart and many other type of information.
